1. Tangible Products:
   We want to emphasize that does not facilitate the sale of tangible products. Our platform primarily focuses on digital content, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), and related digital assets. Therefore, creators and users are not allowed to sell physical, tangible items through our website.

2. Returns for Digital Assets and NFTs:
   For digital assets, especially Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), please be aware that there are no return options available. Once a digital asset has been acquired or purchased, it becomes the property of the buyer. Digital assets are unique and cannot be physically returned or exchanged.

3. Refund Disputes Handling:
   In the rare event of a refund dispute, we have a structured process in place to handle such situations efficiently. All refund disputes will be addressed within a maximum of 7 business days. We aim to ensure fairness and resolve disputes promptly to provide the best experience for our users.

If a User seeks a chargeback or dispute from their credit card company, the User’s access to Lemonsocial may be discontinued or limited. If you believe your account has been limited in error, please contact support. 

Any amounts that Users seek to refund or chargeback will be reported to the Creator and will be removed from the Creator’s income
